NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND MEETING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Shippingport will conduct a public hearing on March 31, 2026, which is a continuation of the January 28, 2026 hearing, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Shippingport Community Building, S.R. 3016, Shippingport, Pennsylvania to receive public comments in consideration of the Application of Aligned Data Centers for approval of a conditional use on Tax Parcel numbers:

Unless the hearing is adjourned to another date, the Council will convene a public meeting at the aforesaid location following the close of the hearing, at which time it will consider taking official action on the aforesaid application for conditional use.
