Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Shippingport will conduct a public hearing on March 4, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Shippingport Borough Municipal Building, S.R. 3016, Shippingport, Pennsylvania to receive public comments in consideration of the adoption of a text change to the Shippingport Borough Zoning Ordinance Number 184. The proposed change would amend said Ordinance by adding Section 203 Definitions relating to data mining/data centers, amending Article X I -2 of ordinance 184 permitting data mining /data centers as a conditional use in the General
Industrial District ,and adding Section 1103.32 specifying the regulations relating thereto. Following the hearing the Council will convene a public meeting at the aforesaid location at which it will consider adoption of the aforesaid amendment to the Zoning
Ordinance.

Notice is herby given that the Council of the Borough of Shippingport will conduct a public hearing on March 4, 2025, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the Shippingport Borough Municipal Building, S.R. 3016, Shippingport, Pennsylvania to receive public comments in consideration of the adoption of a text change to the Shippingport Borough Zoning Ordinance Number 184. The proposed change would amend said Ordinance by adding Article XVII Solar Energy Systems and allowing for accessory solar energy systems in all zoning districts as an accessory use and allowing principal solar energy systems as a
permitted use by right in I-1 Light Industrial and I-2 General Industrial Districts. Following the close of the hearing, Following the hearing Council will convene a public meeting at the aforesaid location at which it will consider adoption of the aforesaid
amendment to the Zoning Ordinance.
